We Are A Church Plant Of ‘Hope’ IPC Timișoara, Supervised By Brother Liviu Lepădatu and the session of Hope, Under The International Presbyterian Church (IPC)

We are a Reformed, Presbyterian, confessional and liturgical church with a strong emphasis on the spiritual health of the family. We meet in small groups and have as hallmarks biblical counseling, intensive discipleship, and relational evangelism.

In our worship, we seek to honor the Biblical Reformed tradition by adhering primarily to the scriptural regulative principle of worship and distance ourselves from the attractional and seeker-sensitive model.

We place great emphasis not only on the public meeting for worship, but also on day to day community life of the church as the real context in which discipleship, accountability, counselling and Christian character formation take place.

We want to be an missional church that is not only open to non-Christians, but that genuinely seeks to create contexts and settings in which to develop relationships for evangelistic purposes.

VISION AND MISSION

Our vision:

We want to bring the redemption and reign of Christ into all aspects of personal life, in the church and then in society. We believe that the manifestation of this Christ-centered lordship begins and has its essence in healthy families.

Our mission:

We desire to obey the GREAT COMMANDMENT to love God, one another (our public witness) and the world around us, by fulfilling the GREAT COMMISSION.
That is, we focus our efforts, energy, and resources on making disciples by PREACHING the full gospel and TEACHING our disciples to OBEY all of God’s
commandments.
